On June 9th, Destination Tomorrow won a Golden Reel Award in the category "Organizational News".

Since 1978, The Golden Reel celebrates excellence in media communications. Golden Reel honors have been highly coveted and recognized internationally for their prestige. The name stands for creativity and advancement in technical applications.

Michael Bibbo


Michael BibboMichael Bibbo has been producing award-winning television for almost 10 years with over 200 programs to his credit. Currently Michael directs, photographs, edits, and co-produces "NASA's Destination Tomorrow", a nationally broadcast program. His past credits include producing and directing 2 live interactive Space Station programs for NASA. These programs reached an audience of over 15 million viewers. His syndicated children's program "Brain Stew" was produced for 2 seasons, and was rated "highly educational" by the Annenburg Public Policy Center. "Brain Stew" was chosen as one of the top ten educational shows of the year. Bibbo also produced and directed a nationally distributed interactive program on the "Jamestown Settlement" for the National Park Service. A graduate of Bennington College, Mr. Bibbo went on to receive his M.A. in Film and Media Studies from The New School University in New York City. His creativity and passion for exceptional educational television is undeniable and still reaches into homes and classrooms today.
