On June 9th, Destination Tomorrow won a Golden Reel Award in the category "Organizational News".

Since 1978, The Golden Reel celebrates excellence in media communications. Golden Reel honors have been highly coveted and recognized internationally for their prestige. The name stands for creativity and advancement in technical applications.

Tech Watch

Exciting, new Mars missions are under development at NASA. One mission currently being discussed is a Mars airplane called the Aerial Regional-scale Environmental Survey of Mars or ARES for short. This rocket powered aircraft would be able to take important measurements of the Martian atmosphere and surface which have previously proven to be elusive. Jennifer Pulley spoke with Dr. Joel Levine at NASA Langley Research Center.
